Throughout my life, I have continually developed my leadership and mentoring skills through a diverse range of experiences. From serving as a team captain and coaching youth soccer teams to leading a product development team in college, I have learned to navigate the challenges of leadership while supporting my teams in reaching their goals. I excel at recognizing the strengths and growth areas of others and take pride in helping individuals realize their full potential.
