As Chief Product Officer of SnoPlanks I contributed to the pioneering of a new form of experiential learning at OSU Cascades called SnoPlanks Academy. SnoPlanks Academy is the only program in the nation where students have the opportunity to run a for profit snowboard company while getting their college degree at OSU Cascades. I managed a team of 6 other students and oversaw all design decisions that went into the production of the 2024-2025 product launch of the Asym Fish and Asym Twin.
